Description
Named after the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan, Hatozaki blended whisky is made at Kaikyo distillery. Matured in a variety of casks, including sherry, bourbon and Mizunara oak it has a complex character, with notes of cherry blossom, pears and caramel throughout the palate.

Hakushu is surprisingly fresh Japanese single malt from Suntory’s second distillery, “the mountain forest distillery,” located in the deep forest of Japan’s Southern Alps. The Hakushu is embraced for its herbal, gently smoky flavor. Respecting Hakushu’s heritage and signature taste, the aged American white oak cask malt whiskies are the backbone of this whisky.
