It’s taken a while, but Gurkha Cigars have finally launched the Fatboy series due to customer demand.
The Fatboy 4 x 60 is similar to a Nub cigar in that it’s short and chunky, and after that the similarity ends.
Medium-bodied in strength and slow burning, the Fatboy is made in Nicaragua by Gurkha at an anonymous factory. They are using a Nicaraguan Habano wrapper, with the binder and filler not disclosed, except to say they are Nicaraguan in origin, too.
The delivery comes via an easy draw, which produces volumes of smoke, bold notes of chocolate and cedar greet you, along with coffee, leather and spice to create an excellent smoking profile.
If you enjoy large ring gauges, then this cigar, which takes approximately an hour to smoke, is one to experience.
